Meetings deserve better outcomes

ActionMinutes AI exists because knowledge workers shouldn't spend more time documenting meetings than acting on them.

The problem we set out to solve

Teams sit through hours of meetings every week. When the call ends, someone scrambles to type up notes from memory — often hours later, often incomplete. Decisions get lost in chat threads. Action items fall through the cracks. And when a follow-up is missed, nobody can point to the moment the commitment was actually made.

We built ActionMinutes AI to close that gap. Not with a chatbot that buries outcomes in paragraphs, and not with a transcript dump that leaves users to assemble follow-ups on their own. Instead, we produce structured recaps — key points, decisions, risks, open questions, and action items — each one linked to the exact timestamp in the recording.

The result is a meeting record that is consistent, verifiable, and ready to share in minutes. Sales teams use it to keep renewal commitments traceable. Customer success managers use it to document escalation decisions. People managers use it to capture 1:1 action items without splitting attention during the conversation.

Our mission

Make every meeting produce a reliable, structured record — so teams spend less time documenting and more time following through.

What guides us

Four principles that shape every product decision — from the recap structure to the export flow.

Trustworthy

Every outcome links back to the exact moment it was discussed. We show sources, flag uncertainty, and never silently assert what needs review.

Efficient

We minimize time-to-usable outcomes. A 2-minute review path gets you from recording to shared recap — without reformatting or copy-pasting.

Clear

Information is organized into predictable sections with plain labels. The same type of data always uses the same pattern — no ambiguity.

Accountable

Every action item gets an owner and due date. Outputs start as drafts and move to confirmed — so nothing goes out until a person says it is ready.
